4) Cut “V” shapes in to the screen up to the inside line every inch or so all the way around. This will make it easier to form the screen over the plastic ring.
On smallest end of the ring bend the tabs of the screen over the side. Make sure the tabs don’t overlap and don’t distort the round shape of the ring when bending the tabs.
Use the duct tape to hold the screen to the ring.
